This policy covers Chris Winchester, a sole proprietor doing business as CAW Automations ("we," "us"). Chris Winchester is the sender of all text messages described here. We provide lead-response and text-messaging services. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Text messaging
We send text messages only to people who have opted in, for example by pressing 1 when prompted during a phone call. Messages relate to your service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our phone and messaging provider and data-storage tools), only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. To ask about or delete your information, email hello@caw-automation.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
