1. How the conversation starts

  1. The customer calls our business number, +1 (309) 250-3904, published on caw-automation.com.
  2. If no one answers within 20 seconds, an automated recording plays the consent script below.
  3. The customer opts in only by pressing 1. Callers who do not press 1 go to voicemail and receive no text messages.
  4. Each opt-in is logged with the caller's number, date and time, call ID, and consent method ("IVR – pressed 1").
