These terms apply to the website and text-messaging program operated by Chris Winchester, a sole proprietor doing business as CAW Automations. Chris Winchester is the sender of all program messages. By using them, you agree to these terms.
SMS program terms
- Program: customer care texts from CAW Automations (Chris Winchester), sent to follow up on a phone call or service request you started.
- How you opt in: by pressing 1 when our automated phone message asks whether you'd like a text, or by otherwise requesting that we text you.
- Message frequency: varies based on your conversation with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help: reply HELP, or email hello@caw-automation.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not send marketing messages through this program.

Use of the website
The website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We may change or discontinue it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Chris Winchester (d/b/a CAW Automations) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or messaging program.
